Our Business Our innovative spirit and desire to achieve our goals is evident in all aspects of our business. Firstly, we have created a unique business environment in South Africa that offers upliftment for employees, allowing them to become self employed businessmen in their own right. Our 4500m^2 factory has been used to create a working environment for over 20 independent companies. Each company is owned and run by dedicated experts in the fields of joinery and woodworking and all have fully equipped workshops. Factory, Heriotdale with the latest Beamsaw The individual companies are sub-contracted on a needs basis that allows Falcon to employ the teams best qualified for the specific project. Secondly, by allocating individual projects to trusted contractors, we are able to match skills to specific clients’ needs and can therefore produce a greater volume of work whilst maintaining our extremely high standards. To illustrate how well the association works, we are currently able to complete some 20 stores per month and in Sept/Oct 1996, we completed an average of threes stores per day! Evidence that quality does not suffer as a result of volume can be seen from the photographs in our showroom. Falcon Shopfitters cc handles the entire client service and administrative aspects of the business and co-ordinates the projects from start to finish. This means that our clients have one point of contact ensuring constant communication and timeous completion of the project.
